Welcome to the Evans Point Homeowners Association web site. The Evans Point HOA was started in 1997 to provide landscaping, architectural and common area oversight for the Westerlies and Windsong Shea Homes developments on the south side of Carlsbad, CA which includes 194 homes. We hope this site provides homeowners with relevant information about living in Evans Point including bylaws, CC&R's and goings-on in the neighborhood.
